The 2016 SEMA Show is but a few weeks away, and Ford is already plugging away in its campaign to repeat as the bar-none hottest brand at the show. The Blue Oval took home three awards in 2015—for the Focus, Mustang, and F-150—and with the addition of hot new performance vehicles like the Focus RS to the lineup, it will be looking to repeat that three-peat.

To get fans ready for the show, Ford is unveiling four F-150s that will be bowing in the desert. Today, let’s take a look at A.R.E. Accessories’ 2016 Gold Standard Ford F-150 Project Truck.

The 2016 Gold Standard F-150 Project Truck is built upon a 2016 F-150 4×4 XLT SuperCab powered by the previous-generation 3.5-liter V6 EcoBoost. While this project truck focuses largely on aesthetic enhancements, it gets a performance boost from a Corsa exhaust and intake, Skyjacker suspension, and Air Life Load Lifter.

The Gold Standard F-150 Project Truck rests on Fuel Forged custom wheels wrapped in Fuel MT Gripper tires. The exterior look is further enhanced by a custom grille, custom TV and storage stand, and upholstery from Trent’s Trick Upholstery. Additional equipment includes Hamsar LED lighting, N-FAB steps and bumpers, Reflexxion hood, Reikken performance battery cells, paintjob by Lynch Customs, paint mix by Axalta, Topper EZLift 12V cap lift system, Redline Lumtronix bed lighting, Lizard Skin spray on insulation, fender flares by Bushwackers, and Penda wheel well liners.

On the inside, interior accents are provided by Trent’s Trick Upholstery, and the unique look is completed by Alea leather and Putco sill plates. A Kicker Audio system upgrade ensures that any music played in the Gold Standard F-150 Project Truck will come in loud and clear.
