Last week, General Motors honored the cream of its dealership network crop at the 2014 Dealer of the Year awards. The annual ceremony recognizes the company’s top dealerships in the United States, spanning those who provide customers with Chevrolet, Buick, GMC, and Cadillac products or some combination thereof.

“The Dealer of the Year program honors our dealer partners who have done an exceptional job toward our collective goal of earning customers for life,” GM CEO Mary Barra said. “We salute these outstanding Chevrolet, Buick, GMC and Cadillac dealers for all they do for our customers, their communities and our company.”

In all, 123 dealerships were honored out of 4,300 currently operating in the United States. Among that list are 63 Chevy dealers, 21 Cadillac dealers, 20 GMC dealers, and 19 Buick dealers. All were honored for their commitment to excellence in sales, service, and satisfaction.

“We are proud of these dealers who have gone the extra mile to deliver a superior customer experience,” said Alan Batey, president, GM North America. “This award symbolizes outstanding performance in both customer satisfaction and consistent sales growth.”

The GM Dealer of the Year awards have been ongoing since 2000.
