GMC sales fell 1.9% in November despite an impressive month from six of the seven vehicles in its lineup. Every GMC model except for the Sierra posted a year-over-year increase, and every one of those models except for the Acadia posted a double-digit increase. The decrease in Sierra sales in November, however, was enough to result in a slight decrease in sales.

Sierra sales fell from 22,544 units in November 2014 to 16,527 units in November 2015. Even bearing this fact in mind, GMC reports that its average transaction prices were a record-high $43,260 per unit.

Acadia sales totaled 6,776 units, up 5.7% year-over-year and strong enough to push the nameplate to a full-year record with one full month of sales remaining.

Sales of the Terrain were good for its best November ever at 8,999 units; to date, Terrain sales total 102,381 units and have improved 8.9% from 2014. Sales of the Yukon were up 23.5% at 3,925 units, sales of the Yukon XL were up 29.8% at 3,137 units, and sales of the Savana were up 101% at 1,439 units. Canyon sales were also impressive at 2,236 units, bringing cumulative sales to 27,077 units.

Through 11 months, GMC sales are up 11.1% at just shy of 500,000 units.
