GMC has announced a new partnership with Vail Resorts, Inc. that will see the two bring together their luxury-minded brands in the effort of providing once-in-a-lifetime customer experiences.

Vail Resorts operates 13 ski resorts throughout North America—as well as a ski resort in New South Wales, Australia; a summer resort in Wyoming; and numerous luxury resort hotel properties across the globe. As part of Vail’s partnership with GMC, these 13 resorts will utilize GMC Yukon XL Denalis for complimentary vehicle services, feature vehicles as part of branded displays, and put on numerous signature events where GMC will be the presenting sponsor.

“GMC’s ‘Professional Grade’ brand and remarkable attention to design and detail are well aligned with Vail Resorts’ collection of world-class mountain resort destinations,” said Kirsten Lynch, chief marketing officer of Vail Resorts. “We’re looking forward to sharing the GMC experience with guests at our resorts through on-snow activations and complimentary vehicle programs at a selection of our casually elegant lodging properties.”

“Similar to Vail Resorts, GMC provides its customers the ability to experience life’s adventurous side through our premium vehicle offerings. We are eager to kick off this partnership, and the upcoming ski season, by inviting Vail Resorts guests to live to a higher standard through their experience with our bold and capable trucks and SUVs,” said Rich Latek, director of GMC Marketing.

GMC announced that a key component of the partnership will be the use of Yukon XL Denalis as courtesy vehicles at select Vail Resorts Hospitality and RockResorts lodging properties—including properties in Vail, Beaver Creek, Keystone, and Breckenridge in Colorado; Heavenly Mountain in the Lake Tahoe area; and Park City, Utah.

GMC vehicle displays and branding will also be employed at its resorts in Vail, Beaver Creek, Breckenridge, and Keystone in Colorado; Park City, Utah; Heavenly, Northstar, and Kirkwood in the Lake Tahoe region; Whistler Blackcomb in British Columbia, Canada; Stowe, Vermont; Wilmot Mountain in Wisconsin; Afton Alps in Minnesota and Mt. Brighton in Michigan.
