AutoPacific Names GMC Highest Satisfaction Popular Brand
GMC is called Pro Grade for a reason. As evidence, AutoPacific just recently named GMC Highest Satisfaction Popular Brand in its 18th annual Vehicle Satisfaction Awards. On top of that, both the Sierra and the Acadia took home top honors in the light-duty pickup and large crossover SUV categories, respectively.
“Vehicles that score highest in the Vehicle Satisfaction Awards are delivering value and satisfaction across a wide range of attributes,” explained George Peterson, president of AutoPacific. “The winners perform well in 50 separate categories that objectively measure the ownership experience.”
These 50 categories range from interior comfort to fuel economy to performance. The results are determined from a survey that examines the input of more than 92,000 drivers who, in 2014, drove 274 different models from 32 separate brands.
“GMC puts the customer at the center of all we do,” said Duncan Aldred, U.S. vice president of Buick and GMC. “We are pleased to receive this third-party validation from AutoPacific.”
