Better get your tickets now: the Honda Aircraft Company announced today that the HondaJet is going on a world tour! As part of the global tour, which kicks off later this month, the HondaJet will fly over 26,000 nautical miles and visit 13 countries.

“The HondaJet world tour is a tribute to Honda’s challenging spirit to bring something truly innovative to business aviation,” said Honda Aircraft CEO Michimasa Fujino. “We are excited to introduce the HondaJet to Japan and Europe for the first time. As part of this special tour, we will conduct demonstration flights to share what Honda has accomplished through the power of dreams.”

The tour will begin with the HondaJet’s public debut in Japan, which will run from Friday, April 25th, to Tuesday, May 5th, and feature appearances at several Japanese airports and other public events.

Then, the HondaJet will travel to Europe for the 15th annual European Business Aviation Convention and Exhibition (EBACE) in Geneva, which runs from May 19th to the 21st. There, the HondaJet will be on display at the Geneva International Airport.

“We are excited to bring the HondaJet to EBACE and showcase its performance capabilities in Europe,” said Fujino. “The HondaJet has broad appeal in this region with its speed, superior efficiency, and a range that connects most of the major cities in Europe and the United Kingdom.”

Honda Aircraft is also planning HondaJet demonstrations in the UK, Belgium, France, Germany, and Poland.

So far, Honda hasn’t said anything about the HondaJet world tour coming to the US. Man, how come Americans always have to wait so long for Honda to share some of the good stuff with us?
