Honda Introduces HSS Series of Snow Blowers
Honda recently celebrated the “Year of Honda” with an eye-popping commercial that showcases the many innovative new Honda products launching in 2015, from the Civic Type R to the HondaJet. The vehicles are arranged in the shape of a rocket ship, and led by the Japanese automaker’s ASIMO robot.
Well, here’s one brand-new Honda product that was missing from that epic advertisement: a snow blower!
Sure, they may not be as cool as a walking android or an NSX supercar, but the all-new HSS Series of premium snow blowers that Honda introduced to North American and European markets today sure do look handy.

The HSS Series includes the new HSS724A, HSS928A and HSS1332A two-stage models.
The blowers are being manufactured at the Honda Power Equipment Mfg. plant in Swepsonville, North Carolina, and are the result of a design collaboration between Honda R&D Americas in North Carolina and Honda R&D in Japan.
“Snow removal is a tough job, and Honda engineers developed the all-new HSS Series snow blowers with an eye on both the residential customer and the commercial operator,” said Honda Power Equipment executive Scott Conner. “Honda has incorporated a number of advanced features into the design of the HSS models to put more power behind the job of blowing snow—resulting in enhanced performance and ease of use.”
These new snow blowers will be available at Honda Power Equipment dealers nationwide beginning September 1, 2015.
