As the Indianapolis 500’s most successful carmaker of all-time, Honda is doing all it can to celebrate the upcoming 100th running of the iconic race. The brand is taking its “Fastest Seat in Sports” campaign “to the next level,” by releasing a 360-degree video of the Honda two-seater in action, having Mario Andretti and Keith Urban share a ride around the track at the Indy 500, and continuing the sweepstakes that gives racing fans a chance to win a two-seat ride with Andretti for themselves.

“In this very special year for the Indy 500 we have created several new opportunities to enjoy the ‘Fastest Seat in Sports’ experience,” said Honda social marketing executive Ernie Kelsey. “In addition to lucky fans winning the sweepstakes, every racing fan and enthusiast now can experience what it is like to drive a Honda-powered Dallara car through our new ‘Fastest Seat in Sports’ 360 video.”

Created in partnership with USA Today, the “Fastest Seat in Sports” 360-degree video gives fans the view from a Honda two-seater as it leads the parade laps at Barber Motorsports Park during the Honda Indy Grand Prix of Alabama.

For racing fans who want to experience the real thing, Honda is continuing its “Fastest Seat in Sports” Sweepstakes, which gives entrants the opportunity to actually lead an IndyCar Series race with legendary driver Mario Andretti. Fans can enter the contest throughout the racing season by going to www.racewithhonda.com.

One person who won’t need to bother entering the contest is Grammy Award-winning country music artist Keith Urban, who is already scheduled to ride with legendary Indy 500 driver Mario Andretti at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. Honda says that throughout the season, several popular social media celebrities will take two-seat rides at races, as well, including Vine star Marcus Johns and professional BMX rider Nigel Sylvester.
