This week, Honda Power Equipment announced that it has expanded its partnership with The Home Depot, the world’s largest home improvement and construction specialty retailer.

Beginning on Monday, September 1st, several Honda generators will be sold at Home Depot’s top 300 US PRO Desk locations; areas of the stores geared towards professional contractors. Five of Honda’s generators will be supplied to Home Depot, including three Industrial Series models (the EB2000i, EB3000c, and EB5000) and two Super Quiet Series models (the EU2000i and EU3000is).

All five models will be available for sale online at, along with two additional Honda generators: the Super Quiet Series EU1000i and EU3000Handi.

Honda says that by broadening its alliance with Home Depot, Honda Power Equipment will be able to “strengthen its multi-channel sales approach,” increasing professional contractors’ awareness of Honda generators. The increased awareness should, in turn, increase sales, and will also provide customers with greater convenience by enabling them to have their products serviced at a Home Depot service outlet.
