The Hottest 4×4-SUV Award Goes to the Wrangler…Again
The Specialty Equipment Market Association (SEMA) trade show has landed in Las Vegas once more, and, as anticipated, the Jeep Wrangler once again snagged the Hottest 4×4-SUV award. Why was it anticipated? Oh, you know, just because the Wrangler has won it every year for the last five years, and there’s no sign of these victories stopping any time soon.
The Hottest 4×4-SUV award and all the SEMA awards signify models that specialty equipment manufacturers deem the best platforms to showcase their latest products. The Wrangler has long been a go-to for these manufacturers to show off their newest innovations. In fact, it is the most accessorized Mopar vehicle at SEMA this year.
The Jeep Wrangler won the Hottest 4×4-SUV award for the fifth consecutive year.
“The Jeep Wrangler is our most accessorized vehicle and to have it awarded for a fifth consecutive year at SEMA demonstrates its popularity due to the quality of the vehicle along with that of the performance parts and accessories Mopar has developed for it,” said Pietro Gorlier, the President and CEO of Mopar Service, Parts, and Customer Care, while speaking at the SEMA Media breakfast. “It’s wonderful to see it keep winning accolades and reinforce the efforts we’ve made to keep adding quality Jeep Performance Parts to more than the 300 we already have available for this vehicle in order to provide even more options for personalization.”
