2018 Hyundai Accent details redesign subcompact car model exterior

Back in February, Hyundai unveiled its redesigned Accent at the Canadian International Auto Show. The lukewarm-selling sub-compact car needed a boost in popularity and appeal, so the model’s new look and added features will hopefully make it a stronger contender in the United States. Entering its fifth generation, the Hyundai Accent aims to become a heavy-hitting competitor in the sub-compact segment by first making a splash in a potentially lucrative market: the West Coast.

Earlier today, the new 2018 Accent made its first US appearance at a press conference at the 2017 Orange County International Auto Show. Running this weekend at the Anaheim Convention Center, the event showcases Hyundai‘s redesigned 2018 Accent and all its additions.
