Hyundai July 2014 Sales Are Record-Breaking
The Hyundai July 2014 sales report was released today, and once again, it was a record-breaking month for the automaker. In fact, it was Hyundai’s best July ever in the United States, and the best month the Sonata Hybrid has ever had.
In total, Hyundai moved 67,011 units, which marks a 1.5 percent increase over July of last year. Sales of the Hyundai Sonata were up 19 percent at 22,577, and the Santa Fe reached 8,655 units, marking a 26 percent increase. In addition, the Genesis and Equus saw increases of 5 percent and 76 percent, respectively.

“As the summer weather heated up across the country, so did the selling season,” explained Bob Pradzinski, vice president of national sales, Hyundai Motor America. “With 2015 models beginning to hit showrooms, incentive spend up across major brands and competitive financing available, it’s a buyers’ market that many shoppers took advantage of.”
