Infiniti is Ready for The Year of the Rooster
In case you missed it, this past weekend was the Chinese New Year. Infiniti has a very large customer base in China, and they are celebrating the New Year in style with a special graphic promoting the Infiniti Q60 Sports Coupe as the perfect vehicle for the Year of the Fire Rooster. Of course, they would be right.
Now, for the confused people that thought for sure that 2017 is the Year of the Rooster, as in a regular rooster, it is. However, according to the China Highlights tour company, each zodiac year on the calendar matches with an element as well, with five elements comprising the list: gold, wood, water, fire, and earth. So every 12 years there is a Year of the Rooster, but every 60 years there is a Fire Rooster year. Supposedly that makes people born in these years responsible, good at being on time, and trustworthy.
Like the Fire Rooster, the Infiniti Q60 is intelligent and confident, thanks to its steer-by-wire system (the world’s first). The Q60’s digital suspension and ability to use fuel wisely, yet powerfully, is also in line with the Fire Rooster’s capable and communicative nature. You’re probably wondering how a rooster is “communicative,” and all we have to say is “cock-a-doodle-do!”
