Infiniti Motor Company announced this week that it has appointed Gayle Antony as its new General Manager, Global Human Resources. Effective May 1st, Antony will report directly to Infiniti President Roland Krueger as the luxury brand’s lead in terms of worldwide HR matters, with responsibilities to include talent acquisition and talent management.

She began her career with Ford in 1986, and in the nearly 30 years since, she has filled a number of roles including Ford’s HR Director, Product Development, Asia Pacific & Africa in 2008 and HR Director, Learning and Development and Organizational Development, Asia Pacific & Africa in 2009.

“Gayle Antony will be a great addition to our leadership team,” said Roland Krueger. “Infiniti’s highly talented and diverse workforce is one of our biggest assets as we continue to grow our business. Gayle is a highly experienced automotive HR executive and I am looking forward to working with her. She will play a crucial role in strengthening our team even further.”
