Infiniti is looking to take the luxury world by storm with not one, but three compact vehicles in the near future. The brand is looking to move forward over the next year, starting with the Infiniti Q30 hatchback and continuing with the upcoming QX30.

The Infiniti Q30 will be available in two distinct forms, a standard “Premium” model and a sporty, modified “SE” model that is lower to the ground. These two forms will make up two thirds of the trio. The last member of the team has not been fully unveiled yet, but we know it is called the Infiniti QX30. Many concept models have given us some clues, but the final production model of the crossover should be revealed at the Los Angeles Auto Show in November.

If the concept models are any indication, all three vehicles will look very similar to one other. While Infiniti often reuses numbers in its naming system, adding an “X” for crossovers and SUVs, this will be the first time that the two models will be presented as a family of vehicles. Both the Q30 and the QX30 will be built on a Mercedes-Benz A-class platform, so they will be three unique vehicles with the same skeleton under the sculpted metal exterior.

According to Infiniti estimates, the Infiniti Q30 models will arrive in dealerships this coming spring. If everything stays on course, the QX30 could arrive stateside as soon as next summer.
