The Jeep Compass helped the Jeep brand post some astounding November sales numbers

Jeep is no longer just a niche car brand for those consumers who love to head off road. Now, the American carmaker has finally made a name for itself in the mainstream American market—and its November sales prove it. After posting a 20% year-over-year increase, Jeep has once again helped Fiat Chrysler establish itself in the industry.

Four Jeep models had their best November sales ever last month. This includes the Jeep Cherokee, Jeep Compass, Jeep Patriot, and Jeep Wrangler. The Compass alone posted a 19% sales increase, which was the largest year-over-year percentage gain for Jeep in November. Jeep’s flagship Grand Cherokee saw an increase of 11%, posting its best November sales since 2005 after being named Consumers Digest Best Buy for the sixth year in a row.

The Jeep Renegade also won a Best Buy award in November, selling 7,345 models total last month, while the Patriot posted an 11% increase in sales and the Wrangler and Cherokee saw an increase of 2% and 3%, respectively.
