Jerry Seinfeld and Kevin Hart drove around Beverly Hills in a rare 1959 Porsche 718 RSK Spyder for the latest installment of Seinfeld’s “Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee,” which you can watch here.

The 19th 1959 Porsche 718 RSK Spyder ever made

“If you just want to go for a drive for the pure joy of it, I think it’s the best there is,” Seinfeld says of the 718 RSK Spyder, which was designed to prove to the big race cars with big engines that it’s possible to get better results with smaller designs. That’s why Seinfeld chose it for the diminutive comedian Kevin Hart, whom he calls “smaller [and] better” than himself.

This particular 718 was only the 19th one ever made (hence the racing number). Jerry and Kevin use it to drive to 212 Pier in Santa Monica, California, where they enjoy iced coffee and a long conversation about life and show business. Their lengthy discussion, which touches on Hart’s humble Philly origins and the Hollywood “Monster” that eats up careers, is well-worth checking out.

Before you get to all that good stuff, though, you’ll have to watch those strange Acura TLX ads that Seinfeld wrote, and an extended bit that features Jerry’s Seinfeld co-star Michael Richards as “Dick Corcoran,” the insane president of Crackle. Enjoy!
