Only four drivers in NASCAR history have won 10 races at a single track.

Jimmie Johnson is looking to become the fifth this Sunday at Dover International Speedway. The other four drivers on that list are hall-of-famers: Dale Earnhardt, Darrell Waltrip, Richard Petty, and David Pearson.

For his career, Johnson has finished inside the top-10 in 19 of his 24 appearances at the one-mile oval and owns an average finish of 8.2. The 39-year-old Johnson is a six-time champion of the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series and last won at Dover in 2014.

Johnson’s race team is also appealing a P1-level penalty for making illegal modifications to their car during races. The penalty would have limited the No. 48 car’s selection of where he could make pit-stops during the race, but since the penalty is under appeal, he won’t be penalized this week.

So far, in 12 races this season, Johnson has already won three races and finished runner-up twice.

The FedEx 400 benefiting Autism Speaks at Dover International Speedway will begin at 1 pm this Sunday on Fox Sports 1. Denny Hamlin won the pole for the event with a top-speed of 160.121 mph and he will be joined on the front row by the No. 78 Chevrolet driven by Martin Truex Jr.

Johnson will have his work cut out for him, as he begins the race from the 14th starting position.
