GM Dealer in Jordan inaugurates new state of the art service center

Leading Vehicles Company (LVC), the exclusive General Motors dealer in Jordan and a member of the Abu Khader Automotive group, has officially inaugurated its all-new state of the art service center in Bayader Wadi Al Seer, Amman.

On March 13th, an official ribbon cutting ceremony was held for the new center. Local dignitaries; representatives of the Embassy of the United States of America; and Chairman of Abu Khader Automotive, Mr. George Abu Khader; President and Managing Director of General Motors Middle East and Africa, Mario A. Spangenberg; and other members of the GM regional leadership team were all in attendance.

“As an automotive company, we know that it is not just about building vehicles that people love,” said Mario A. Spangenberg during the opening ceremony.

“We measure success by how customers are treated at every touch point—whether that is at a showroom, at a service center, on the phone or even online. Abu Khader Automotive has some of the best customer satisfaction results in the region.”

“What is also great is that last year they posted one of their highest annual sales growth rates in their history as a GM dealer. It means they really are living up to their name as a Leading Vehicles Company,” he added.

We are certain that this new facility, with its leadership, provides a pivotal infrastructure to achieve this vision. We are delighted to welcome our customers to this new era of customer service whether they own a Chevrolet, GMC, Cadillac or Opel.”

The all-new Abu Khader-General Motors service center boasts over 50 technical bays where qualified technicians can carry out scheduled maintenance in just one hour. The service center is also designed to carry out other mechanical and electrical diagnosis and repair work, as well as paint and panel work. The Amman-based warehouse features over 16,000 types of spare parts for Chevrolet, GMC, Cadillac, and Opel vehicles.

The facility also has state of the art lounges for waiting customers, and a number of dedicated training rooms for service and technical personnel, which allows them to maintain their proficiencies and expertise.
