Coming Soon to the U.S.: The K900 is Kia’s Luxury Flagship Sedan
It’s official. The Kia K900 is coming our way. The K900 is Kia’s luxury flagship sedan it was just announced that it will debut in the United States this November at the Los Angeles Auto Show.
The introduction of the K900, also known as the Quoris in other markets, is swirled with speculations.
Kia’s new-to-the-U.S. luxury model is equipped with rear-wheel-drive and will be available with two engine options: the V-6 and the V-8. The specific engine has not yet been released.
According to Edmunds, we can expect the K900 to include luxury enhancements and advanced safety features. The sedan will also likely incorporate LED lights, a premium sound system and possibly an eight-speed automatic transmission.
Estimates of the vehicle’s price range widely from $50,000 to $70,000.
No one is sure when the sedan will actually become available in the U.S. market, but Kia has big plans for this flagship model: the goal is to sell 5,000 units in 2014.
