The 2016 Kia K900 just got significantly more luxurious with the brand-new UVO Luxury Services

When it comes to luxury, Kia Motors is doing it right with the K900 luxury sedan. The brand’s newest flagship car is as fancy as it comes with a surprisingly affordable price. I mean, it’s such a fancy car that NBA super star LeBron James drives it around town—seriously.

And now, the 2016 Kia K900 is about to get significantly more luxurious.

Kia has announced that the K900 will have the brand’s most innovative UVO infotainment and telematics system yet—and it’s called UVO Luxury Services.

“We are taking the UVO platform to yet another level of enhancement for the Kia customer by enabling drivers and passengers to use all of their personal technologies more safely and easily, while creating exception user experiences,” said Henry Bzeih, chief technology strategist for Kia Motors America.

The newest UVO infotainment system allows K900 drivers to connect directly with each other through the UVO Luxury Services app, which is available through iTunes or GooglePlay. Through this app, drivers can remotely start/stop their vehicle, preset the cabin temperature so the interior is comfortable when they get in, and remotely lock or unlock the vehicle.

And that’s not all. The UVO app services are also part of a suite of My Car Zone features, which are perfect for teenage drivers. These features allow you to set a curfew, speed alerts, and Geofence settings. How cool is that?

The UVO Luxury Services are available at no cost for the first five years of ownership. No subscription is necessary.
