Kia K900 King James Edition Crowned at 2015 Cleveland Auto Show
Kia took its talents to Cleveland this weekend, with the unveiling of the Kia K900 King James Edition at the 2015 Cleveland Auto Show. The custom luxury sedan, which is dressed to play in Cavaliers red, will be on display at the International Exposition Center in Cleveland from now until Sunday, March 15th, 2015.
NBA All-Star and K900 “luxury ambassador” LeBron James has been hyping up the special edition on social media since early February. In addition to its unique Pearl Red Metallic exterior paint, the custom car distinguishes itself with a LeBron James logo that’s featured on the front fender and also incorporated into the suede interior.
Other special LeBron James custom K900 features include all chrome trim and gloss black grills and vents, 22-inch custom Monoblock wheels and Pirelli tires, bronze metallic painted brake calipers, a lowered ride height, and a Llumar ceramic window tint.
Inside, the custom Alcantara suede interior is accented by color matched diamond contrast stitching.
The K900 is powered by a 5.0-liter direct-injection V8 engine which is mated to an eight-speed automatic transmission, and which yields 480 horsepower. The total price tag is reportedly around $65,000.
All in all, the Kia K900 King James Edition seems to reiterate a sentiment that has been true throughout the entirety of human history: it’s good to be the king.
