Kia Previews 2017 Cadenza with New Sketches
The 2017 Kia Cadenza teaser image hints at a more sophisticated, high-end design
Kia is constantly getting better—and the 2017 Kia Cadenza is proof of this. The Korean carmaker recently released three teaser images for the newest Cadenza sedan, and each highlights a cutting-edge new design, a new interior, and unbeatable luxury.
The Cadenza teaser images showcase a more aggressive style for the sedan, which incorporates several big side air intakes into its design. This newly redesigned sedan even has Kia’s signature tiger nose grille, making it easy to identify as a member of the brand’s newest lineup. It even has a sportier silhouette, with more angular headlights, a longer hood, and sloping roofline. In fact, you might say the sedan looks like a coupe—minus its four doors.

Inside the Cadenza, Kia has designed a fresher, more luxurious atmosphere for consumers. The layout is sleek, modern, and easily accessible for the driver. Higher quality materials create a comfortable cabin, while the design cues seem to come straight from the European market.
Kia is keeping the 3.3-liter V6 engine, adding a few updates and mated to an eight-speed automatic transmission. The brand is also potentially releasing a new four-cylinder hybrid version, though it hasn’t been officially confirmed.
The 2017 Cadenza is set to debut sometime in 2016.
