Mitsubishi Outlander Sport Named to ‘10 Most Affordable SUVs’ List—Again
The 2015 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport was named to KBB’s “10 Most Affordable SUVs” list for 2015
Mitsubishi Motors North America (MMNA) recently announced that the 2015 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport was named to Kelley Blue Book’s KBB.com’s “10 Most Affordable SUVs” list for 2015. The 2014 model earned the same recognition last year.
One of the biggest selling points that is keeping Mitsubishi afloat in the United States is its industry-best warranty. Like all other Mitsubishi models, the 2015 Outlander Sport comes with a 10-year/100,000-mile powertrain warranty that really appealed to KBB editors.
Editors also noted that the Outlander Sport earned a Top Safety Pick designation from the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS). Safety is guaranteed by features like Hill Start Assist, Active Stability Control with Traction Control Logic, Reinforced Impact Safety Evolution body/chassis construction technology, seven airbags (including the driver’s side knee airbag), and the anti-lock braking system with Electronic Brake-force Distribution and Brake Assist.
