One could argue that compact and midsize pickups are making a comeback in the United States with the return of the Colorado and Canyon from General Motors and an updated Nissan Frontier on the way. The Triton is automatically better than these because it offers a 5-speed manual and a 2.5-liter turbo diesel engine.
