While Shaquille O’Neal currently works as a NBA commentator for TNT, it wasn’t too long ago that he was winning NBA championships and MVP trophies for the Los Angeles Lakers. In fact, during his playing days, O’Neal was so dominant that he earned more than $200 million from NBA contracts alone, which meant he could purchase almost any vehicle he chose.

The issue being, that since he stands more than 7-feet tall, Shaq couldn’t fit inside sports cars like the Dodge Viper or Porsche 911, so instead he opted for larger vehicles such as a Roll Royce coupe and Cadillac Escalade. However, Shaq recently shared a photo via Instagram showcasing one of his newest rides, and while it’s certainly unique, it’s not quite as luxurious as any of the aforementioned models.

The new vehicle we’re talking about is Shaq’s customized Ford F-250 pickup truck. Judging from the accounts that Shaq tagged in this Instagram post, it looks like he enlisted the services of McGaughys Suspension to install a custom lift kit on his pickup, while the forged aluminum wheels likely came from American Force Wheels in Miami.

Gotta love FORD TRUCKS and thanks @miamiHeat @patriley and THE ARISON FAMILY S/o @americanforcewheels @mcgaughys @gaw_diesel @thesignsavers @alexg_74

Shaq is certainly not the only celebrity who enjoys Ford pickups. Current Hollywood actor and former pro wrestler Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson also uses a lifted Ford truck as his daily driver, but Johnson gave his Ford pickup an all-black paint job and tinted windows.

It should be interesting to see if Shaq gets any more custom work done to his Ford. The ex-basketball player also owns a custom Dodge Challenger Hellcat with unique red headlights, so if that provides any clues, then we should expect to be seeing more of Shaq’s F-250 in the future, but that’s only if he isn’t too busy with his side job working as undercover Lyft driver.
