Nissan and Americana Music Association Form Two-Year Partnership
Nissan and Americana Music Association have announced a two-year agreement that will see that automaker become the Exclusive Automotive Partner and Official Vehicle of American Roots Music.
“Nissan and Americana have a history of making big impacts in their respective communities, music and the automotive industry, in innovative and unique ways,” said Erich Marx, director, Interactive Marketing and Social Media, Nissan North America, Inc. “With the announcement of the two-year partnership, Americana and Nissan will work together to create a more involved experience for Americana consumers and artists.”

Nissan will be Americana’s Exclusive Automotive Partner for 2014 and 2015, and it will feature both the Rogue and LEAF at various events around the country. The kick-off event for the Nissan and Americana Music Association partnership will be Americanafest NYC, which takes place August 6-10 as part of the Lincoln Center Out of Doors Free Summer Festival.
The cornerstone event will be the 15th Annual Americana Music Festival and Conference, which will be September 17-21 in Nashville, Tennessee.
