Early History

The Nissan 370Z is a sports car that represents the sixth-generation of the Nissan Z-car line and is produced at the Japanese carmaker’s Tochigi, Japan, assembly plant. It took the place of the Nissan 350Z and is known as the Fairlady Z Z34 in Japan. The 370Z was first announced on October 29, 2008, and debuted at an event before the opening of the 2008 LA Auto Show and later appeared in the auto show as well.

Recent History

Since its introduction in 2008, the 370Z has seen a lot of variations within its lifetime, including a version Nissan perfected for its race car branch, NISMO. After a redesign in 2013, the sports car now comes with four trim levels—Base, Touring, Touring Sport, and NISMO—instead of its original five, losing the Sport level.
