November Nissan sales totaled 91,790 units, which is good. This total was off the mark set a year prior by 1.7%, which is not so good. This total was also enough to push Nissan’s US sales to the 1,164,254 unit mark and a new record for most sales in a single year with a month left to go, which is good.

Also good in November Nissan sales: the Rogue set a new personal best for November with 15,067 units sold, good for an impressive 43.7% year-over-year gain.

The Nissan LEAF will set a new annual sales record by the end of December

Good, as well, were sales of the LEAF. Nissan’s EV once again pulled down a monthly sales record with 2,687 units sold and a 34.1% increase. To date, the LEAF is up 34.9% with 27,098 units, which is already good enough for its best annual sales performance with December left to go.

Other considerable gains were made by the Versa/Versa Note (9,283 units/+11.5%), Sentra (13,530 units/+16%), NV (1,141 units/+15.3%), NV200 (1,131 units/+82.1%).

Despite a down month, the Altima was still the heaviest lifter for Nissan with 22,834 sales, pushing it across the 300,000 US sales mark for the third year in a row and closer to an all-time sales record.
