Nissan Announces On-Demand-Marketing Referral Tool
Nissan has announced a number of changes to its Nissan Certified Collision Repair Network program, including a one-of-a-kind On-Demand-Marketing referral tool.
ODM gives Nissan certified shops one-stop access to Nissan owners based upon their location, allowing for easier mailer or email promotion and helping to build awareness in the local market. This referral tool makes it easier for customers to be aware of the services and goods that they provide Nissan owners.
Shops in the Nissan Certified Collision Repair Network are guaranteed to employ well-trained individual, utilize the latest in repair tools and technologies, and be housed in state-of-the-art facilities that help make getting the job done a snap. The network also insures a consistent standard of quality across all certified Nissan repair shops nationwide, keeping uniformity in everything from fit and finish to safety and value.
“In some cases, Nissan customers have endured a collision repair experience – and the resulting repairs – that have been controlled by third parties who don’t necessarily have the customer’s best interests in mind,” said Mark Zoba, Collision Parts Manager, Nissan North America. “Nissan values our customers and is willing to do whatever we can to enhance our customer’s experience. With this program, Nissan is addressing this critical issue by assuring their vehicle drivers are able to select certified shops that are able to properly and safely repair Nissan and Infiniti vehicles.”
