How would you like to take part in a little viral adventure and, in so doing, register to win one of three all-new 2014 Nissan Rogues? Participating in the Nissan Open the Briefcase sweepstakes allows you to do both.

The promotion, which is intended to introduce audiences to the redesigned-for-2014 Nissan Rogue, takes participants along on a full-throttle car chase. From the official press release:
A thrilling video sequence takes viewers on an unexpected detour: A young man waiting for a hired car is caught up in an epic car chase involving a 2014 Nissan Rogue and a mysterious silver briefcase. By visiting NissanBriefcase.com, would-be secret agents can attempt to crack the code to unlock the briefcase and reveal its contents.
Participants may enter the contest once per day and will be awarded additional entries by sharing information about the contest on Facebook and Twitter or via email. The contest began January 3, 2014, and concludes at 11:59 p.m. on February 13, 2014.
All sounds well and good, right? Well, the only problem seems to be that as of this writing, the YouTube video that resides at NissanBriefcase.com has been listed as private. Whoops! Talk about viral marketing: it’s so esoteric, nobody can find it!

Worry not, however: by visiting the Nissan Open the Briefcase Facebook page, you are taken to a video that shows an overly-aggressive cop ordering a hapless couple out of a battered 2014 Rogue that’s stuck in what appears the L.A. River culvert. 30-seconds worth of high drama (and not-so-great acting) pass before the cop character breaks the fourth wall and advises you to open one of the briefcases beneath the video player.
Participants can return to the page every day between now and February 10 for chances to win. Additionally, the official rules for the Nissan Open the Briefcase sweeps state that there will be three random, computer-generated winning times during the game, and that the first player to play at or after that particular time will be the winner of the grand prize—the 2014 Nissan Rogue.
