2015 Nissan Pathfinder

When you’re looking for a family car, space, safety, and comfort are important determining factors. Every year, Kelley Blue Book selects 15 cars that it thinks best suit the needs of American families, and for the second year in a row, the Nissan Pathfinder has earned a spot on that list.

After testing 23 vehicles, the 2015 Pathfinder was one of only two vehicles in its class to be named on the list due to its safety features, convenience, and interior space.

Available safety features like the Blind Spot Warning, RearView Monitor, and Rear Cross Traffic Alert are huge selling points for modern families. Convenient features like the Pathfinder’s EZ Flex Seating System make it easy to fold down seats to haul more cargo, and the Tri-Zone Entertainment System that’s available is perfect for kids of all ages on those long road trips.

Dan Mohnke, Chief Marketing Manager at Nissan, said, “With plenty of cargo space and interior room, and a smooth ride with solid handling, the 2015 Pathfinder is a classic ‘family-first’ vehicle, and we’re elated to once again be included among Kelley Blue Book’s Best Family Cars.”

The Pathfinder was the only Nissan to make the list, sharing the honor with several cars, trucks, and minivans.
