Of those 109,848 units, nearly 100,000 were Nissan models (99,869 to be exact). This is a 5.4% increase over April 2014. The remaining vehicles came from Infiniti, at 9,979 units, up 8.8% over April 2014’s 9,170 units.

Sales for Nissan trucks, SUVs, and crossovers were up in April, 23.7%. In fact, it was a record April for this portion of Nissan’s lineup. The Rogue in particular saw great numbers, up 44.5% over April 2014 with 21,767 models sold. The Murano crossover also performed well, with 4,121 models sold at a 72.9% increase since it first appeared on the market last December.
