Did you hear about this, did you see this? Ford and Jay Leno are combining forces to auction a one-of-a-kind 2000 Harley-Davidson F-150 built by the former and owned by the latter at the upcoming 45th Anniversary Barrett-Jackson Scottsdale Auction at the end of the month. All proceeds raised by the sale of the truck will be donated to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.

The auction for Lot #3006 will air live on Velocity on January 29th, and Leno himself is confirmed to be on hand to help drum up money or a worthy cause.

“This is an opportunity to own a truly unique vehicle from my personal collection,” said Leno. “Not only is this Harley-Davidson F-150 the only one of its kind, it’s providing much needed resources to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. The next owner can feel good knowing that they’re getting an outstanding truck and supporting a great cause at the same time.”

The 2000 Harley-Davidson F-150 was introduced in May 2000, and it is powered by a 5.4-liter Triton V8 engine that generates 360 horsepower and sounds positively monstrous through a single-inlet dual-outlet exhaust. This truck is also distinctive, naturally, for its black-and-orange, Harley-inspired color scheme.

Leno was presented the truck by Ford Division President Jim O’Connor at Ford World Headquarters in the same month in which it was introduced. A video feature covering the truck in more detail will be live at the Jay Leno’s Garage website on Monday.
