Winter Haven Police said this man is wanted for breaking into three vehicles

The Winter Haven Police Department in Florida posted this picture on its Facebook page with a message that said this man is wanted for burglarizing three vehicles in the Winter Ridge subdivision off Lucerne Park Road on the morning of August 7th.
One of the victims said he was walking out of his home when he spotted this young person inside of his vehicle and did some quick thinking by taking this picture.
The suspect fled the scene on foot.
The suspect was last seen dressed in dark long pants and a black and white Adidas coat.
If anyone can assist the police with identifying this person, they are asked to call Detective Katherine Prue at 863-291-5858 or call Heartland Crime Stoppers at 1-800-226-TIPS (8477). Police want to remind the community they can choose to call in their information while remaining anonymous, and still are eligible for a cash reward of up to $3,000.
