tflcar.com gives Scion tC Buy It Rating

2014 Scion tC

When you’re researching cars, there are the cars you want to buy, those you want to lease, the ones you want to rent and those you hope you can forget about. According to The Fast Lane Car, also known as TFLCAR.com, on a scale of “Buy It” to “Forget It,” Scion’s newest tC model is just the type of car you’ll want to buy.

The small, sporty coupe has a sexy silhouette that can’t be ignored, offering a newly restyled front fascia that features a large hexagonal grille, adding a nice touch of ruggedness. Newly designed head- and taillights add a sporty flair to the car, allowing it to make a great first impression.

While the interior might look a bit on the cheap side, the 2014 Scion tC’s performance all but makes up for it.With a 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine churning out 179 horsepower and 172 lb-ft of torque, the coupe has a whole lot of pep with a superb handling that, while occasionally a bit bumpy, still fits what you’d expect from a car with its price tag.

While TFLCAR.com didn’t exactly think the tC held up to other, more expensive coupes, they did recognize that the car’s stylish cues and performance-focused driving, combined with its roomy interior and low price, make it the perfect car to buy.
