In a nutshell, the tool is an online research assistant that gives potential customers the opportunity to discover more about the car before going into the dealership. Customers can choose their desired vehicles, get price estimates, check out current incentives, look at financing options (and apply for financing) and insurance policies, and even guesstimate the trade-in value of their cars.

The tool generated over 85,000 sales leads and a success rate of about 30%.

“Shop-Click-Drive made shopping for a car simple and straightforward,” explained Enrique Lopez, the proud owner of a 2013 Cadillac ATS. “I picked the car I liked, test drove it and walked out of the dealership satisfied.”

“This was an easy, painless process that saved me time and hassle,” said Timothy Sandifer, who recently bought a 2015 GMC Yukon. “The dealer delivered my vehicle to my home – which is 160 miles from the dealership — and did the paperwork in my kitchen.”
