Another month is in the books, and Cadillac’s sales in the United States are once more behind the pace of the prior year. Cadillac moved 14,408 cars and utilities in May, down 1.9% from the 14,688 vehicles sold the year prior.

Cadillac’s biggest seller, the SRX, posted its second consecutive month of significant sales growth with 5,777 units sold, an improvement of 21.3% year-over-year. This brings the SRX’s total sales for 2015 to 24,461 units and puts its pace ahead of the cumulative sales of 2014 for the first time all year.

While the Escalade was off slightly from its break-neck pace—down 2.8% with 1,617 models sold—the Escalade ESV more than made up the difference with a 23.4% growth and 1,044 units sold. The Escalade ESV has more than doubled its sales through May 2014, and the Escalade is selling 76% better than it was last year.

The same cannot be said for the ATS and CTS, which were both down once again in May. The CTS accounted for 1,792 units sold—down 38.3% year-over-year—while the ATS added 2,353 units—down 5.8%.

On the other hand, improvements made to the 2016 ELR have provided a boost to its sales. Cadillac sold 116 of its electric luxury sedans in May, more than double what it sold in May 2014. To date, Cadillac has sold 81.2% more ELRs than it had to this point last year.
