Supercharged 2015 Cadillac Escalade HPE550 Takes On Base Model
In late July, we introduced you to the menacing face of the 2015 Cadillac Escalade HPE550, a supercharged variant courtesy of Hennessey Performance. The upgrade costs nearly $16,000, but it seems to be worth every penny.
The 2015 Cadillac Escalade HPE550 sees a 32 percent and 18 percent increase in horsepower and torque ratings, over the base model. The upgrade also adds a high flow intercooling system and a high flow supercharger system, as well as engine management calibration, supercharged badging, and embroidered floor mats. Each model is road tested and dyno tuned before being delivered to the customer.
If you have any doubts about just how awesome the 2015 Cadillac Escalade HPE550 is, check out the video below, in which the supercharged Escalade takes on a base model.
