Take a better look at Mitsubishi’s XM Concept Car

Though Mitsubishi revealed the concept car earlier this month at the Indonesia International Auto Show 2016, the brand only released a single photo to go with it. Now—thanks to AutonetMagz, a digital Indonesian automotive news site—we have an even better idea of what the XM Concept looks like.

During the Indonesian auto show, a reporter from the news site was able to get up close and personal with Mitsubishi’s newest concept. In an in-depth YouTube video, the reporter shows off the vehicle’s interior and exterior, walking us through the various features that the XM has—including a push button instead of a door handle.

Whaaaat?!

Throughout this exclusive look at the Mitsubishi XM concept, we get a glance at an interior outfitted in white leather, including the dashboard, door panels, and steering wheel. This design feature gives the interior a luxurious feel, which is enhanced by the vehicle’s large windshield. We know that the XM gives us a glimpse of one of Mitsubishi’s future crossover vehicles and we have to say—we can’t wait to see what the production model looks like.

Difficult to keep clean, but so pretty!

The XM Concept’s exterior is just as flashy as its interior. Its bright green color highlights the concept car’s futuristic styling. For the front fascia, Mitsubishi’s dynamic shield design is obvious, drawing the viewer’s eye with ease. The angular body lines and stylish rear end make this one Mitsubishi you actually would want to buy.

Hopefully, the majority of these features will show up in a production model down the road. It could go a long way towards helping Mitsubishi reestablish itself in the American market.
