Car fans all over the world are waiting with bated breath for the first season of Amazon’s The Grand Tour. Featuring the legendary hosting trio of James May, Jeremy Clarkson, and Richard Hammond (formerly of Top Gear), the show really doesn’t need anything else to start off on the right foot.

Or does it?

As if the thought of seeing these gentlemen behind the wheel again wasn’t enough to entice Amazon Prime members to tune in, Jeremy Clarkson will be taking a car to the land of Game of Thrones, Westeros.

Executive Producer of The Grand Tour, Andy Wilman, said that Clarkson will drive through the HBO fantasy series’ set and perform a stunt or two. Wilman was careful not to reveal any really juicy details, like if any members of the Game of Thrones cast will join in on the fun. More importantly, I think we all want to know if Clarkson will try to sit on the Iron Throne.

More details are also being released online about what the Grand Tour team can (or can’t) do without catching the attention of the BBC’s lawyers. While they obviously can’t have a Stig or other mystery racer, the BBC went into enough detail with the production team that they cannot call any car updates section “The News,” and forbade any type of written leaderboard on the new show.

The whole situation is so nitty-gritty that Jalopnik is reporting that the hosting team couldn’t call Nambia (where they were filming) “beautiful,” because they had called it that before on Top Gear. Clarkson and his buddies responded fairly well, as it is being said that they instead quipped, “For legal reasons, this scenery is sh*t.”

We’re not going to lie, watching the back and forth between Top Gear, the BBC, and The Grand Tour is entertaining, but quite frankly we’re ready for the new show to just start streaming already to see if the hype is worth it.
