Honda tends to clean up once it enters awards season, and this year is proving to be no exception. Today the Japanese automaker was managed to have three vehicles featured on the 2017 Best Cars for the Money list published by US News & World Report.

The 2017 Honda CR-V, HR-V, and Fit were the three models that earned a spot in the rankings, which measured both the quality and value of various automobiles, using data from car rankings and info from the pricing experts at TrueCar.

The CR-V won in the category of “Best Compact SUV for the Money,” receiving praise for its consistency.

“With strong reliability ratings and excellent fuel economy, the CR-V has low long-term ownership costs,” wrote the editors of U.S. News and World Report. “Its available advanced safety tech, as well as its spacious and practical interior, make it easy to live with day-to-day.”

For the second consecutive year, the Honda HR-V took the top spot in the “Best Subcompact SUV for the Money” segment.

“Not only does the HR-V have a low price for the class, but it’s also less expensive to own long-term than other subcompact SUVs,” editors wrote. “Your budget isn’t the only reason to buy the HR-V, however. It has a quiet interior and plenty of room for passengers and cargo.”

Finally, the 2017 Honda Fit was recognized as the “Best Subcompact for the Money” for the third year in a row, with editors concluding that “while its price is higher than come competitors’, its ownership costs are lower, making it a good choice for long-term value and practicality.”
