Toyota Debuts Tundrasine Truck-Limo Mashup at SEMA
Pickup trucks are super versatile vehicles. You can use one to transport your new couch from IKEA, take your buddies fishing for the day, or even load up your entire family (cousins and all) and head out for a night on the town in Vegas.
Wait… what?
Yep, thanks to a new concept vehicle Toyota just debuted at the 2015 SEMA Show in Vegas, you could easily load up pretty much everyone you know and still have room for champagne and canapés… or Budweiser and brats. The Tundrasine is half Tundra pickup truck, half limousine, and completely awesome/ridiculous.
At over 26 feet in length and with a wheelbase of 235.9 inches, the Tundrasine is like no vehicle before it. What began life as a Toyota Tundra 1794 Edition 4×4 CrewMax 5.7-liter V8 pickup truck was transformed into a gigantic Midnight Black Metallic limo with eight doors and a custom brown leather interior. When designing the Tundrasine, Toyota took inspiration from the passenger compartments of luxury private jets.
The Tundrasine was created at Toyota’s truck facility in San Antonio, proving that everything really is bigger in Texas.
If you’re heading to the SEMA Show this week, you can see the Tundrasine in person at the Toyota display booth at the Las Vegas Convention Center.
