Toyota at the Paris Motor Show: Hybrid Crossovers, Fuel Cell Sedans, and More
The Paris Motor Show is underway, and Toyota has been revealing some cool new vehicles, as well as showing some that have become firm favorites from our trips earlier this year to the Detroit and Chicago auto shows.

So what have we seen so far from Toyota at the Paris Motor Show? The most exciting vehicle was undoubtedly the C-HR Concept, which made its official debut yesterday. The vivid purple crossover concept, which is built on a brand new platform, boasts a fully hybrid powertrain, and measures 4,350mm long, 1,850mm wide, and 1,500 mm high, giving it a lower center of gravity designed to improve handling and control. Plus, it’s purple.

In addition, we saw the next-generation Yaris Hybrid. While Toyota had previously unveiled the vehicle, the Japanese automaker decided the Paris Motor Show would be the perfect place to display it and highlight its features. Like the rest of the 2015 Yaris family, the hybrid version boasts increased interior space, better maneuverability, and, of course, a fuel-efficient engine perfect for city drivers.

In addition to the C-HR and Yaris Hybrid, Toyota showcased its fuel cell sedan—reportedly to be called the Mirai. This vehicle is slated for release as a 2015 model in the US, although we don’t have a release date or any definitive details yet. But, as always, it was a hit with the auto show crowd.
Additional appearances from Toyota at the Paris Motor Show came from the new Aygo and i-Road—both distinctly European vehicles but interesting nonetheless.
