Mitsubishi Motors UK has announced that it has appointed Tricia Kuzyk its new customer services manager.

Kuzyk brings 25 years of financial service industry experience to the automaker’s Circencester headquarters, where she will begin working on building a new contact management system.

“In the short time I have been at Mitsubishi I have seen a real passion for customer service displayed by everyone and I am really pleased and excited to be working with people who show so much enthusiasm and commitment towards our cars, customers, partners and each other.

“Staff really ‘live and breathe’ our mission statement by striving to provide outstanding levels of customer service at every opportunity. This is an exciting time to be joining the business.”

Mitsubishi has being having a bang-up year in the United Kingdom, following up on a year where it was the fastest-growing mainstream car brand. According to the Society of Motor Manufacturers and Trades (SMMT), overall sales for Mitsubishi in the UK are up a staggering 94% in 2014.

The newly-released Outlander PHEV has been a smashing success for Mitsubishi so far, racking up 33,000 sales between Europe and Japan on the way to becoming the UK’s best-selling plug-in hybrid.
