Two New Limited-Edition Mustangs Will Only Be Offered in Europe

Both new Mustangs come standard with the SYNC 3 infotainment system with 8-inch touchscreen

Ford pulled the okey doke at a recent event in Germany as guests were only expecting to the see the reveal of the new 2018 Ford Fiesta, but then Ford went ahead and released two new Mustang limited-editions as well.

These new models are the Mustang Blue Edition and Mustang Shadow Black Edition. Both of these specialized Mustangs come with a leather upholstered interior, heated and cooled seats, a premium audio system, and SYNC 3 connectivity. In addition, both will only be available in left-hand drive, so these cars won’t be making it to Ireland, Cyprus, or the United Kingdom.

Ford Mustang Black Shadow Edition in Triple Yellow

The Ford Mustang Blue Edition was designed to pay tribute to classic Mustangs of the past. This model features a Grabber Blue paint job that’s complemented by black racing stripes down the middle of the vehicle. To round out the look, the Blue Edition also comes with black 19-inch multi-spoke wheels that provide added flair and excitement. This ‘Stang can be ordered with either the 5.0-liter V8 or turbocharged four-cylinder engine, as well as the buyer’s choice of a six-speed manual or six-speed automatic transmission.

The other new model is the Mustang Black Shadow Edition. Available only with the V8, the Black Shadow Edition includes 5.0 badges along the sides of the vehicle, while black accents and 19-inch Y-spoke alloy wheels provide even more style. Furthermore, buyers get to choose from four exterior hues, which are Race Red, Triple Yellow, Platinum White, and Grabber Blue.

Taking a step inside the Black Shadow Edition, you’ll see it comes generously equipped with a 12-speaker ShakerPro sound system with an 8-inch subwoofer.

The Mustang Black Shadow Edition is scheduled to be released next month in Europe, while Mustang Blue Edition is available right now.

Ford has already sold more than 23,000 sixth-generation Mustangs in Europe since the model became available there in 2015.
