World Cup of Cars: Greece vs. Cote d’Ivoire
Tonight in World Cup action, Greece takes on Cote d’Ivoire with both teams desperately needing to win. Cote d’Ivoire is through to the next round with a victory, and Greece will need a win and a Japan loss to make the Round of 16. While this will certainly be the match to watch tonight, our World Cup of Cars: Greece vs. Cote d’Ivoire pits the Nissan Note against the Toyota Yaris Lounge in a matchup that is…well, somewhat less exciting. But, undeterred, here we go!

The Note is a sharp little hatchback that combines form and function in a package that is pretty sharp but doesn’t quite threaten to knock your socks off. The updated-for-2014 model comes with a number of tech-savy standard features such as NissanConnect system with touchscreen; stop/start system; and available Nissan Safety Shield technologies such as Around View Monitor, Tire Pressure Monitoring System, and Lane Departure Warning.
Greece vs. Cote D’Ivoire – Toyota Yaris Lounge (Cote D’Ivoire)
The Yaris Lounge is redesigned for 2014 with sharper body lines and chrome grille accents. According to the translation of the sales page, “it is also that having the Great Class!” In other words, the Yaris Lounge is super classy. The Yaris Lounge also boasts exceptional room and comfort and…oh? Apparently, “his large chest can meet everyone’s needs.” Which means that the classy-ass Yaris Lounge is also Mr. Olympia Phil Heath in disguise. We think.
We’re going to give this one to the Yaris Lounge because, after all, it’s not every day you can drive a car that has the Great Class and also has a large chest that can meet everyone’s needs. If you find a car like that? Well, you just don’t ever let that car go.
