2013 Lincoln MKS Exterior

For the 2013 model year, the MKS introduces a new side to the Lincoln brand—one of both elegance and refinement. A dramatic-looking grille brings a premium feel to the sedan, while its smooth, coupe-like roofline adds a touch of sexy to its streamlined silhouette, reinforcing Lincoln’s newest attempt at luxury.

2013 Lincoln MKS Performance

Each Lincoln MKS is powered by a 3.7-liter V6 engine that produces a healthy 300 horsepower and 280 lb-ft of torque. A six-speed automatic transmission with manual-shift control comes standard, while the MKS is available with either front-wheel-or all-wheel-drive. An EcoBoost engine is also available with a twin-turbocharged 3.5-liter V6 that generates more power with 365 horsepower and 350 lb-ft of torque.

2013 Lincoln MKS Efficiency

Fuel economy for the 3.7-liter engine comes in at an EPA-estimated 21 mpg combined, while the EcoBoost engine gets slightly lower with 20 mpg combined.

2013 Lincoln MKS Interior

Along with the complete redesigned exterior, the interior of the 2013 Lincoln MKS has also seen a major style change with the addition of sweeping lines and subtle ambient lights that create an opulent interior atmosphere. High quality materials add to the sense of luxury, while the MyLincoln Touch interface uses three display screens to control audio, phone, and navigation functions with ease, whether it’s with your voice, the touch controls, or steering wheel buttons. The MKS also offers plenty of interior space and cargo room, with an abundant amount of head-and legroom for passengers of all sizes.

2013 Lincoln MKS Safety

The Insurance Institute for Highway Safety awarded the 2013 MKS their top rating of “Good” in frontal-offset, side-impact, and roof-strength tests. Standard safety features for the MKS include antilock brakes, stability and traction control, front-seat side airbags, and full-length side curtain airbags.
