What you can win in the 2014 Honda Civic Tour Sweepstakes

Back in June, we discussed the 2014 Honda Civic Tour, which will now be three tours in one (filled with a bunch of acts I’ve never heard a single thing about) and would eventually result in three band-customized Honda Civics and motorcycles. Honda is now giving nine fans the opportunity to win their choice of a Civic, Honda motorcycle, or flyaway trip to see one of three shows with the 2014 Honda Civic Tour Sweepstakes.

Entering the 2014 Honda Civic Tour Sweepstakes is pretty simple: pop on over to http://civictour.honda.com/sweepstakes and check out the gallery, where you’ll find three Honda Civics and motorcycles customized by purportedly well-known musicians Grouplove and Portugal.The Man; American Authors, and 3BallMTY.

2014 Honda Civic Tour Sweepstakes: 3BallMTY’s (Vastly Superior-looking) Civic and CBR300R

Choose one Civic (3BallMTY’s appears to be the least obnoxious of the three), one bike (again, I’m picking 3BallMTY here), and one trip from:

  • Grouplove/Portugal.The Man – September 16 – Rumsey Playfield – Central Park, New York City, New York
  • American Authors – November 4 – Paradise Rock Club – Boston, Massachusetts
  • 3BallMTY – Date TBA – Venue TBD – Los Angeles, California

Once you’ve selected a Civic, a bike, and a show, you fill out your information, determine if you’d like to join Honda’s mailing list, and click enter.

Three second prizes include three-day/two-night flyaway trips for two to one of the aforementioned shows, and includes two nights’ hotel accommodations and transportation from the airport to the hotel to the show and back. The New York trip winner will get a Circle Line Tour of NYC, and the Boston winner gets a Boston Duck Tour.

First prize for three is either a 2014 or 2015 Honda Ruckus scooter (customized by Grouplove/Portugal.The Man); 2014 or 2015 Honda Grom motorcycle (customized by American Authors); 2015 Honda CBR300R (customized by 3BallMTY); or a stock bike/scooter and a $1,500 check.

The three grand prizes are the band-designed 2014 Civic EX-L Coupes, but if gaudy liveries aren’t your thing, you can get a stock 2014 Civic EX-L and a $12,000 check.

Honda will also make payments to your local dealership for sales taxes, registration, tags, title, and all other associated fees, which makes the opportunity at play in the 2014 Honda Civic Tour Sweepstakes all the sweeter.

The winners will be announced on Honda’s Facebook , Twitter and Instagram pages after the contest ends at midnight on New Year’s Eve. What better way to kick off 2015 than to win one of these incredible prizes?
