2014 Ram 1500 Exterior
As with most pickups today, there is no shortage of options for the 2014 Ram 1500. Regardless of the combination, drivers of the 2014 Ram 1500 will be piloting a bold pickup with well-sculpted exterior lines.
2014 Ram 1500 Performance
The majority of 2014 Ram 1500 trims are powered by a standard 3.6-liter V6 engine that pumps out 305 horsepower and 269 lb-ft of torque, but the all-new turbocharged diesel V6 is the engine that’s generating all the buzz. The V6 is the only diesel engine offered in a light-duty full-size truck, and produces 240 horsepower and 420 lb-ft of torque.
2014 Ram 1500 Efficiency
Ram has employed several new technologies to bolster fuel economy, including an auto stop-start system, pulse-width modulation and active aerodynamics, thermal management system, air suspension, and grille shutters. The standard, non-diesel V6 allows the 2014 Ram 1500 to return 17 mpg city and 25 mpg highway. EPA-estimates have yet to be released for the EcoDiesel V6
